Overview:
Bradshaw Home is seeking a highly skilled and organized Salsify expert to manage product information, digital assets, and content across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of product data, as well as optimizing content for priority SKUs. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salsify, product content management, e-commerce platforms, and will drive the development and execution of content strategies for channels such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

Key Responsibilities:

PIM/Salsify Management:

  • Develop processes and provide training for product and channel managers on using Salsify.
  • Manage and update digital assets, including adding, organizing, and deleting images within Salsify.
  • Coordinate and manage content rollouts, ensuring consistency and timely publication.
  • Create and update content completion trackers and dashboards.
  • Analyze business needs to create custom data properties and templates.
  • Oversee the connection and content updates for key retailers and smaller Omni accounts.
  • Maintain product catalogs, ensuring SKUs are complete and available for sales teams.
  • Stay current with new features and channels offered by Salsify and train teams accordingly.
  • Establish governance and rules for content management and oversee mapping for website content and Insights reports.

Content Advisement:

  • Provide feedback on content strategies for customer sites to ensure the use of high-quality content and to drive sales.
  • Advise on data used (product titles, feature bullet points, etc.) ensuring alignment with keyword optimization best practices.
  • Give strategic guidance to be used in the development of A+ and enhanced content to maximize their effectiveness.

E-commerce Content Execution:

  • Maintain product listings and ASIN updates across major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Execute content updates in response to specific requests from retail partners and sales teams.
  • Monitor and report on on-site content scores, taking responsibility for maintaining high standards.
  • Create and launch new items on Amazon and Walmart and manage content experiments to optimize listings.
  • Manage and prioritize content tickets for updates across e-commerce platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Salsify. Expert level knowledge of the platform and its functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Experience with content creation, SEO, and keyword optimization tools.
  • Ability to manage and organize large volumes of digital assets.
  • Experience in designing strategies for A+ content and e-commerce stores.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create custom solutions based on business needs.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to educate internal teams on Salsify and content strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, sales teams, and external partners to execute content updates.
